Anti-Parasite Protocol 60 days
1. Orthomolecular Paracid Forte (2 bottles of 90 count)- 1 capsule 3x/day (before breakfast, before lunch, and before dinner)
2. Orthomolecular Intestin-ol (2 bottles of 90 count) - 1 capsule 3x/day
3. OrthoMolecular Orthobiotic (2 bottles of 60 count) - 2 capsules daily (each morning on empty stomach)
4. Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra (180 Count) - 1 capsule before each meal
5. Designs for Health GI Revive Powder (2 containers of 28 servings) - 1 tablespoon 1x/day (morning on empty stomach)
6. Designs for Health Magnesium Citrate Powder (60 servings) - 1 measuring teaspoon in 8 oz. of water or as much as needed for 2 smooth bowel movements (at bedtime)
7. Thorne Fibermend (2 containers of 30 servings) 2 scoops in 10 oz. of water (at bedtime)

Diet to follow: Clean Eats by Alejandro Junger and/or Clean Eats Cookbook by Alejandro Junger (only recipes with a C)
But LIMIT animal protein to once a day if any. These include beef, chicken, fish, and eggs. Favor plant based recipes.
Beyond the Anti-Parasite Protocol it is recommended to keep taking GI Revive and Fibermend for 1 month afterwards
and Orthomolecular SBI Protect (1 scoop 2x/day) for 2 months afterwards
and Orthobiotic (1 capsule daily) indefinitely to prevent future infection

Take supplements 1-7 for 10 days. Stop taking Paracid Forte and Intestin-ol for 3 days and take supplements 3-8 (so you will be adding on G.I. Detox) as directed during those 3 days. Repeat this cycle at least 3 times.
If you are reacting earlier than 10 days from die off symptoms, then start the 3 days off the Paracid Forte and Intestin-ol earlier. It's a journey, not a race. As time goes on you will react less and less each cycle and will be able to tolerate 10 days at a time.
