WHY I BECAME PLANT BASED

I was the guy who would finish a box of candy in one sitting. Not the little, pocket-sized box, the big family pack box! I would go over to the local sub place at 10:30 at night after college and get a hamburger, fried chicken sandwich, and a soda. I didn't realize what it was doing to my body at the time. I was in my early 20's and my metabolism and gut could handle anything. However, when I started gaining weight, trouble going to the bathroom, and being tired all the time, it hit me like a ton of bricks. On blood tests my cholesterol and liver enzymes were elevated.
