We provide Unlimited Free consultations to discuss your health concerns. During each consultation, we will review the 4 pillars of health being: 1) Food - Nutrition 2) Mood - Emotional Health 3) Sleep 4) Movement - Exercise. The foundation of health must be set in order for someone to reverse disease and achieve optimal health. Spending money on supplements and lab testing is pointless, unless one is committed to striving on improving the 4 pillars of health. Once the foundation of health is set, lab testing can help reveal health imbalances that need further care. Using our functional lab analysis report tool, we can customize a supplement plan using professional brand supplements like BioGenetix, Ortho Molecular, Xymogen, etc. to address nutritional deficiencies and health imbalances. In addition it will help someone recognize the pillar or pillars of health which need more attention.

MOTIVATION
The motivation to start this center began with the recognition of the failure of other functional medicine practices to focus on the foundations of health. Many functional medicine practices have become cosmetic and superficial and claiming their treatments are "natrual". Whether it is the fad of promoting keto, prescribing hormones for weight loss or youth, or injecting toxins for aesthetic use, these practices go against not only evidenced based medicine, but the principles of true health and longevity. Functional medicine practitioners have fallen into the trap of quick fixes and high cost healthcare, the very thing they were originally fighting against.
Our mission therefore is to fight for the people to provide unlimited, free health education on the 4 pillars of health, which are directly related to preventing and treating every single illness and disease. Diet and lifestyle are the concepts on which we should emphasize. After years of practice and thousands of patient meetings and lab test reviews, I have concluded that a whole foods plant based diet is the way of eating that works best to optimize health. The supplements we provide in addition to diet and lifestyle, work with the body to put it back into balance, but not to be relied on for a quick fix.
